Shipping Information

We work as quickly as possible to ship your order. However, due to a high volume of orders, please allow 1–5 business days for processing and dispatch.

All orders are shipped from Mallorca, Spain, and delivery within Europe typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and local courier services.

Please note that we only ship within the European Union. We do not currently ship to, or accept returns from, countries outside the EU.

Any additional costs related to VAT, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

 

Return Policy

We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may be entitled to return your order in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Any item received damaged or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the item and its packaging.

In addition to any statutory rights that may apply, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions set out below.

Outside of statutory rights, and subject to approval, returns may be accepted in the form of store credit or exchange for another item (subject to availability).

Store credit or exchanges will be issued up to the maximum value paid for the returned item(s). Exchanges for higher-value items require payment of the price difference. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable.

All returns must be:

  • Requested and authorized in advance via email

  • Returned in unused condition and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Returns must be traceable to the original order, including verifiable order details, customer information, billing/shipping information and country of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect and reported within 48 hours, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received and inspected by us.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions or has not been previously authorized.

We only accept returns shipped from within the European Union.

In the case of an exchange, the customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the shipment of the new item(s), including transportation, taxes, duties, customs charges (where applicable), and any other expenses arising from the exchange process.
